Good to know

Every friend you refer who books and shows up for their first appointment at Smile Dental Center Inc counts as one entry. At the end of the month, we randomly pick a winner from the pool. The winner gets a $500 prize.

The prize is always worth $500, but the form changes month to month. Sometimes it's a $500 Visa gift card. Sometimes it's a gift we've picked out (a special item, a getaway, a treat for you and your family) valued at $500. We announce the month's prize on our Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok at the start of each month.

As many as you want. Each friend who shows up for their first appointment is a separate entry. Refer five friends who come in, you get five chances.

At the end of each month. We call the winner personally, and we announce them on our social pages: Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok (all @smiledentalcenterinc).

Your friend has to be a new patient to Smile Dental Center Inc, book an appointment, and show up for it. They just need to mention your name at the front desk when they arrive.

Nope. Anyone qualifies as long as they're a new patient. Insured, uninsured, on the Smile Plan, it all counts.

Only first-appointment show-ups count, so if your friend books but doesn't make it in, the entry doesn't activate. Encourage them to come!
