Dr. Leina is a dedicated and compassionate dentist committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. Born and raised in Hawai'i, she's proud to serve her local community and help patients achieve healthy, confident smiles.
She graduated from Pearl City High School in 2015 before earning her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Creighton University in 2019. She went on to receive her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Missouri–Kansas City in 2023. Following dental school, she practiced in Milford, Connecticut for two years, gaining valuable clinical experience before returning home to Hawai'i.
Dr. Leina loves getting to know her patients and wants everyone to feel comfortable, informed, and at ease during their visits. She believes going to the dentist doesn't have to be stressful, and she works hard to make each experience a positive one.
Outside the office, Dr. Leina enjoys hiking, watching movies, and exploring new restaurants. She's always open to food recommendations.
