Our Gold-Level Invisalign Provider award

Gold-Level Invisalign Provider

We've earned Gold-Level Invisalign Provider status, a tier that reflects extensive experience treating a wide range of cases. When you choose us for Invisalign, you're working with a team that has done this many, many times.

What is Invisalign?

Invisalign is a system of clear, custom-made plastic aligners that gradually move your teeth into a straighter position. You wear each set for about 1 to 2 weeks, then switch to the next one in the series. Most people complete treatment in 6 to 18 months, depending on how much movement is needed.

Unlike traditional metal braces, the aligners are removable. You take them out to eat, drink anything other than water, brush, and floss. Most of the time, they're in.

Is Invisalign right for you?

Invisalign works well for:

  • Crowded teeth that overlap or twist
  • Gaps between teeth
  • Crossbite, overbite, or underbite
  • Teeth that shifted back after braces years ago
  • Adults and teens who don't want metal braces
  • Professionals who need to look polished in meetings
  • People who play sports or instruments and want something removable

Not every smile is a fit for Invisalign. Come in for a free consultation and we'll tell you honestly if it'll work for you, or if another option would get you better results.

What to expect

  1. Consultation. We look at your bite, talk about what you'd like to change, and confirm Invisalign will work for you.
  2. 3D scan. We scan your teeth digitally — no goopy molds. The scan becomes the blueprint for your custom aligners.
  3. Treatment plan. You'll see a preview of your projected results before you commit. We'll quote you a clear price up front.
  4. Aligners arrive. Your first set comes in about 2 to 4 weeks. We make sure they fit and show you how to wear them.
  5. Switch every 1 to 2 weeks. Each new set moves your teeth a little further. You'll come in for quick checkups every 6 to 8 weeks.
  6. Finish. When treatment is done, you'll wear retainers to keep your new smile in place. We'll fit you with these too.

Cost and insurance

Invisalign treatment costs vary based on how much movement is needed. Most cases fall into a similar range as traditional braces. We'll always give you a clear, complete price before treatment begins.

  • Many dental insurance plans cover part of Invisalign treatment, especially if you have orthodontic benefits.
  • Smile Plan members save 5% on Invisalign treatment.
  • Third-party financing through CareCredit, Alphaeon, and Cherry makes monthly payments easy.
  • HSA and FSA accepted.

Invisalign FAQs

How long does Invisalign take?

Most cases take 6 to 18 months. Some shorter, some longer, depending on how much your teeth need to move. We'll give you a realistic timeline at your consultation.

Does Invisalign hurt?

You'll feel pressure for a day or two when you switch to a new set of aligners. That's the aligners working. It's much less uncomfortable than tightening braces.

Can I eat with them in?

No, you take them out to eat. You also take them out for drinks other than water. This is actually one of the perks: you can keep eating all your favorite foods, which isn't always true with braces.

How do I clean my aligners?

Rinse them in cool water when you take them out and brush them gently with a soft toothbrush. We'll give you full care instructions when you start.

How many hours a day do I need to wear them?

22 hours a day, every day. Basically the only time they should be out is when you're eating, drinking, or brushing. The more you wear them, the faster you finish.

What happens after Invisalign is done?

You'll wear retainers to keep your teeth in place. Without retainers, teeth can drift back over time. We'll fit you with retainers and tell you exactly how to use them.
